Day ONE Home Improvement

ok folks, I am awake this morning before sunrise, looking in a new direction. I love myself exactly where I am on this journey, but I find it healthy to want to constantly improve myself and heal myself so that I can become whole and well in all dimenions of life, including mind, body and spirit.
So far to begin my day I can check off getting a little bit of sleep last night (had a hard time sleeping after the news of Osama Bin Laden). I am rested and ready for this day. I am not stressing that I have a test today, even though it is on 3 body systems Circulatory, Cardiac and Lymph System. I have studied and love this class so I feel confident and secure of how I will do on the test.
Plan for the day:
1. Breakfast Cup of Click made warm with Soy milk and a scrambed egg. I will also drink plenty of water with Grapefruit seed extract today. I need plenty of fluids to do my clinicals this evening.
2. Snack will be banana and peanutbutter
3. Lunch will be Indian style vegan soup. A red curry tofu soup. Greek yogurt.
I don’t have a plan for dinner yet. And I will be giving massage from 1:00 until 6:00 that is plenty of calorie burning for me. Then to pick up a few things at the store….
